symmetry, and a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Built to feel like a private resort just steps
from the home, this space combines modern hardscape design with high-end features that make it ideal for both everyday use and entertaining.

At the center of the project is a custom in-ground pool, built by Colley’s Pools, featuring a
sleek rectangular design that complements the structured layout of the space. A raised
spa is seamlessly integrated into the pool, creating a focal point while adding both visual
interest and functionality. Wide entry steps and in-pool loungers enhance usability and give the space a true resort-style feel.

Surrounding the pool is a large-format paver patio installed in a geometric pattern,
reinforcing the clean, modern design. The layout creates defined zones for lounging,
dining, and gathering, making the entire space feel intentional and easy to use.

Fire features play a major role in this project. A custom fire pit anchors the main seating
area, while elevated fire bowls add both warmth and visual impact throughout the space.
These elements not only extend the usability of the backyard into cooler evenings but also
create a strong visual contrast against the modern stonework and water features.

Tiered retaining walls and steps help manage elevation changes while maintaining the
structured design. Integrated landscape lighting highlights key features, including the
patio, walls, steps, and planting beds, transforming the space at night into a fully illuminated outdoor environment.
