The Summit is a fully custom outdoor living project designed to deliver the feel of a private backyard resort. Every detail was carefully planned to maximize elevation, functionality, and flow, creating an outdoor space that is equally suited for relaxing, entertaining, and everyday living. At the center of the project is a custom in-ground swimming pool installed by Colley's Pools, featuring natural curves that blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Integrated LED lighting, a raised spa, and multiple seating areas help create a true resort-style backyard experience both day and night. One of the project’s most striking features is the custom natural stone waterfall. Built with large landscape boulders, the waterfall introduces movement, sound, and texture while serving as a dramatic focal point within the outdoor living design. The combination of flowing water and natural stone helps tie the entire landscape together with a timeless, high-end appearance. To take advantage of the property’s elevation changes, the space was designed with multi-level retaining walls constructed from large natural boulders. These retaining walls not only provide structural support and erosion control, but also create distinct outdoor living zones throughout the property, including lounge spaces, dining areas, fire feature gathering spots, and scenic overlooks. The project also features a custom putting green that adds a unique entertainment element while maintaining the clean, professional appearance of the overall landscape design. The artificial turf installation provides a low-maintenance recreational space that complements the surrounding patios, stonework, and pool area. Extensive outdoor landscape lighting was installed throughout the property to highlight key architectural and landscape features, including walkways, retaining walls, planting beds, patios, and water features.
